For those not familiar with it, Nutrisystem is a 28 day meal plan designed to help us lose weight through portion control and limiting calorie intake.
What is Turbo 13?
Nutrisystem has been helping people lose weight since 1972. Over the last 10 years, they’ve launched a variety of products including fast 5, fast 5 +, Turbo 10, and Lean 13. Each one added a little more value to the previous weight loss program. Fast 5 was designed to lose up to 5 pounds in your first week.
